The CSR's and Technicians felt the pull of the phone at the beginning of Covid. Studies through out the last year showed that phone calls to our hospitals increase 3-5 times. This pressure that came with Covid created confusion in our communication and changed hospital flow. Some hospitals reviewed the bumps in the road and discovered tools that could use to add value and help with the time and flow of their veterinary hospitals. Dr. Mary Ann Vande Linde is a graduate of the University of Georgia's College of Veterinary Medicine. In addition to private practice experience, her career background includes working on all sides of the exam room table in a veterinary hospital plus teaching at various veterinary schools and colleges, technician schools, and veterinary conferences, consulting on practice management issues, developing mentoring and coaching retreats for women practice owners In 2008, Dr. Vande Linde founded Vande Linde & Associates to focus on all aspects of Exam Room Communication Excellence. She shares her time with an energetic border terrier, Mr. Darcy.
