In This Course:

In order to change the paradigm of needing to extract Yorkie, Maltese, and miniature schnauzer teeth when they are three to five years old we need to start with a preventative program that works. The Veterinary Oral Health Council has accepted over 75 dog and 20 cat products that decrease plaque accumulation. Daily use of dental wipes, water additives, dental diets, and toothpaste goes a long way in allowing dogs and cats to keep their teeth.

  • Understand the current state of affairs where most general practitioners practice fire engine dentistry removing many teeth.

  • Understand how preventative products work.

  • Learn how to make prevention first and foremost.
